Morgan Formicola is a dedicated Referral Relationship Manager with a strong background in veterinary medicine and community engagement. She holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Central Michigan University and has gained extensive experience working as a veterinary assistant and receptionist across four different clinics, including a dental specialist and an emergency hospital. Her role as an Education Coordinator at the Brevard Zoo over the past two and a half years has honed her communication and organizational skills, making her well-equipped to excel in her current position.

Morgan's lifelong passion for animals initially drew her towards veterinary medicine. However, as she progressed through her education, she discovered that her true calling was in sharing her love for animals with others and educating them about the incredible creatures that inhabit our planet. With approximately four years of veterinary experience and three years of experience in communication and community engagement, Morgan brings a unique blend of expertise to her role.

What sets Morgan apart is her belief in the power of passion. She understands that when you love what you do, it becomes contagious, inspiring others to learn and engage. She is excited to bring this enthusiasm to her role at ASEC, where she has already been impressed by the incredible work of her colleagues and looks forward to sharing it with the community.

Outside of work, Morgan shares her home with her dog, Shaka, her cat, Jovi, two snakes, and a tarantula. On weekends, she enjoys spending time at the beach or hiking with her dog, exploring new restaurants and shops, and attending local festivals and craft shows whenever possible.
