Our Purpose and Philosophy

Our mission is to provide emergency veterinary and specialty services in a caring environment. Pets and their “parents” are our highest priority, and are both treated with dignity, kindness, and respect by professionals who are passionate about their work.

  • We partner with your primary care veterinarian to determine the best options for you and your pet.

  • Our pet care team works with you to offer the best diagnostic and treatment plan for your pet, while respecting your financial needs.

  • We make every effort to keep you informed, and all questions are welcomed. A minimum of twice-daily communication regarding your pet’s condition and the ongoing cost of medical and surgical care are encouraged.

Our Pet Care Team

Animal Specialty & Emergency Center of Brevard (ASECB) is Brevard’s leading full-service emergency and specialty veterinary hospital. ASEC has assembled an incredible team of outstanding individuals in the veterinary medical field. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of care, utilizing the best-trained veterinary personnel available. An ER Veterinarian and a full complement of staff are always on-premises 24 hours per day. We have a Board-Certified Veterinary Dentist as well as a Residency Trained Surgeon. There is an off-site Board-Certified Radiologist who reviews all radiology cases. A Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist is also on staff.

Working closely with each other, as well as with pet owners and primary care veterinarians, we’re able to deliver the best possible care by openly exchanging information and ideas for the betterment of our patients. Learn more about our emergency and critical care hospital.
