Upon discharge of your pet from our hospital, we will provide post-operative care information for needed care at home. You are encouraged to return to your primary care veterinarian for the continued care and follow-up management of your pet. We will forward a case synopsis (referral letter) of your pet’s medical/surgical treatment to your primary care veterinarian.

Upon request by your primary care veterinarian, a full medical and/or surgical record may be obtained. This ensures continuity of therapy and complete medical records of the emergency events involved.
