Beth Schoeppner
Dr. Beth Schoeppner grew up primarily in Kansas but moved frequently due to her father’s career in the Army. She eventually settled in Florida, where she completed high school. Dr. Schoeppner attended Florida State University for her undergraduate studies before earning her veterinary degree from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine.
Her journey into veterinary medicine began with hands-on experience as a kennel technician and veterinary technician in a variety of practices, including general daytime clinics and emergency facilities. After starting her career in small animal general practice in Central Florida, Dr. Schoeppner discovered her passion for emergency medicine and transitioned fully into the field.
In addition to emergency care, Dr. Schoeppner has special interests in feline medicine and toxicology.
Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking and spending time with her four cats.
